This talk explores how and whether a commitment to temporal passage affects the plausibility of a commitment to the possibility of time travel. Whether time travel is compatible with passage theories of time, I suggest, partly depends on the nature of passage itself. After laying out several underexplored views about the nature of temporal passage, I discuss how each view creates unique problems for the possibility of time travel.
